The majority partner is Haim Elazar Samet, with ID number 32310125, who contributes USD 200,000 and holds 51% of the gold production obtained from the claims in Casma and Huarmey.
The second partner is Moises Nachimovski Hecht, with ID number F67117146, who contributes USD 30,000 and holds 5% of the recovery share. The third partner is Shemuel Lajmami, who holds 44% of the total gold production extracted in Casma and Huarmey.
Below is the contract between Jomah Shel Zahab and Haim Samet.
